Conroe Family Doctor is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our busy and supportive family practice team.

What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: $110,000 – $135,000 (based salary) + bonus pay
Consistent Schedule (Monday–Friday, no weekends)
Established patient base – walk into a full schedule

Position Details:
- Outpatient family practice
- Patient volume: 18–22 patients per day
- EMR experience preferred (ECW)
- Ability to diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
Requirements:
- Licensed NP or PA in Texas
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Experience in primary care preferred
