Conroe Family Doctor is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our busy and supportive family practice team. We are committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a positive, team-oriented environment.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: $110,000 – $135,000 + bonus pay
• Monday–Friday schedule (No weekends)
• Established patient base – full schedule from day one
• Supportive clinical and administrative staff

Position Details:

• Outpatient family practice
• 18–22 patients per day
• EMR experience preferred (eClinicalWorks – ECW)
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

Requirements:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Texas
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Primary care experience preferred
